RHEOFACE® 490 is based on high-grade active components diluted in hydrocarbon solvents that are free of aromatics.

Features and Benefits

RHEOFACE® 490 gives an improved exposed surface of concrete. Due to its low viscosity it is easy to apply, economical in use and very reliable even under difficult application conditions. It dries quickly, is resistant against humidity and abrasion and can be applied on all types of clean moulds.

The mechanism of action of RHEOFACE® 490 allows a wash-off time of between 24 to 72 hours and can therefore be used in production cycles from overnight to over weekend. The immediate wash-off after the stripping of the forms guarantees uniform and perfect edges.
